Delivery information
Every order is delivered in our complementary gift wrap and is mailed via USPS Priority Mail. We charge a flat fee of $9.00 USD regardless of purchase amount. Shipments can only be made to addresses within the United States. If you reside outside the United States, please contact us via email at info@PettelMaternity.com.
Orders placed before 12:00pm (PST) Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm (PST) will be dispatched the next working day. An email address is required in case we need to contact you.
Return policy
We hope you love your new items but if for any reason, we fail to meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unworn clothes and with tags still attached within 14 days upon receiving the shipment. A full refund will be made to the original method of payment , however shipping charges will not be included.
How to make a return:
1. Items must be returned within 14 days from date of receipt. Returns must be unworn with tags intact and will be accepted for a full refund (shipping charges are non-refundable).
2. Inside the package, you will find a return form that must be completed and sent back in order to process your returned items in a timely manner.
3. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.

5. Customer is responsible for shipping fees incurred in the return process. We recommend using a tracking method when shipping back merchandise as Pettel Maternity is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
6. Upon receiving your shipment, your purchased item was damaged, you may exchange the item. Please contact us before returning a damaged item for further details.
7. Exchanges are treated as returns. To exchange your item for a different size, color, or item, a new order must be placed through our website, www.pettelmaternity.com. You will be charged for the new item when the order has been placed and you will receive a refund for the item you returned once we receive it. Shipping expenses are not included in the refund or exchange.
